We’re partnering with a leading global real estate organisation to appoint an experienced Financial Reporting Manager on an interim basis. This is a highly technical role within the finance function, providing support to the wider Finance Team and taking ownership of subsidiary financial reporting, statutory compliance, and audit delivery across a complex international structure.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the preparation of annual subsidiary Financial Statements
  • Managing year-end audits and statutory submissions to Companies House
  • Acting as the key liaison with external auditors
  • Supporting the annual Group Audit and Half Year Group Audit processes
  • Preparing consolidated financial reporting under IFRS
  • Partnering with senior finance stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting technical accounting matters and process improvements

The role will oversee a significant annual reporting cycle, including:

  • Preparation and filing of unaudited accounts at Companies House annually
  • Preparation, audit coordination, and filing/submission of audited Financial Statements to Companies House annually

Candidate profile:

  • ACA / CA qualified
  • Strong technical accounting and IFRS reporting experience
  • Proven statutory reporting and audit management expertise
  • Experience liaising with external auditors in complex group structures
  • Background within real estate, property, infrastructure, or other asset-heavy sectors preferred
