Senior Project Manager - ERP & Technology Transformation
We are currently partnered with a leading global media and interactive entertainment organisation seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale technology transformation initiatives.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised business, working across complex technology programmes with a particular focus on ERP systems, supply chain operations and enterprise-wide transformation .
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, collaborating with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery against business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex technology and ERP transformation projects across a global organisation.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines, budgets and scope.
- Oversee project discovery, planning, scoping, resource forecasting, budgeting and cost management.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and external vendors to coordinate project activities and deliverables.
- Support ERP implementation, integration and optimisation initiatives, ideally involving SAP.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, issues and change requests throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain project plans, governance frameworks, reporting and stakeholder communications.
- Drive collaboration across international teams, ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and wider business objectives.
Key Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 7 years' experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects or programmes.
- Proven experience delivering projects within global organisations, working across multiple regions and cross-functional teams.
- Strong experience managing ERP implementations, upgrades or transformation programmes.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple concurrent projects and competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of project discovery, scoping, resource planning, forecasting and budgeting.
- Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, frameworks and delivery tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior business leaders and technical teams.
- Strong communication, reporting and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
