Kennedy Pearce are currently partnering with a leading Loan Servicing provider in recruiting a Loan Agency specialist to manage a portfolio of Loan Agency deals. This role offers Hybrid working and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate must have extensive experience managing a Loan Agency portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain a portfolio of varied deals, ensuring seamless communication between lenders and borrowers.
  • Review Loan Agreements at an operational level.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of deals, including: Processing drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, and fees.
  • Calculate redemption figures manually.
  • Ensure timely billing and receipt of fees.
  • Provide detailed historical data for audit completion.
  • Reconcile accounts and funds accurately.
  • Process ancillary carve-outs and non-pro rata mechanics.
  • Build EBITDA ratios and apply ESG requirements.
  • Handle payment processes (MT103 and MT202) and understand funds flow.
  • Collaborate closely with Relationship Managers to deliver outstanding client service.
Essential Experience
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in Loan Agency or 5 years in loan products.
  • Strong understanding of LMA loan agreements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong work ethic and “can-do” mentality.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
  • Experience in LoanIQ - preferred not essential.
