An established international investment management business is looking to appoint a senior finance professional to lead UK financial reporting, operational finance and regulatory oversight across a complex multi-entity structure. This is a broad leadership role with significant exposure to senior stakeholders, board-level reporting and European group finance activities.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Ownership of UK financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP
  • Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
  • Oversight of FCA regulatory reporting and statutory compliance
  • Leading audits and managing external stakeholders
  • Balance sheet governance and intercompany controls
  • Oversight of tax, VAT and treasury-related activities
  • Supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
  • Responsibility for co-investment and complex accounting areas
  • Leadership and development of the UK finance team
  • Involvement in European consolidation and group finance projects

The role requires:

  • Strong IFRS and technical accounting knowledge
  • Financial services, Real estate, asset management or regulated industry experience
  • Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience within complex multi-entity environments
  • Strong controls and reporting mindset
