Compliance Monitoring – Senior Associate

We have been mandated by a global asset management house to identify an experienced Compliance monitoring and thematic-reviews professional to join their busy London team.

Duties and Responsibilities of a Compliance Monitoring – Senior Associate

• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in line with the Compliance Monitoring Programme
• Undertake risk assessments and conduct thematic risk-based reviews across the business
• Identify and assess potential breaches, escalate where necessary and advise on remedial action
• Collate MI and make reports for senior management
• Assist with team projects and cyber security/Data Protection issues

Attributes and Skills needed for a Compliance Monitoring – Senior Associate

You will have a minimum of 5-7 years' Compliance monitoring and reviews experience gained from an asset or wealth management house. You will be highly analytical and must be able to work independently. You must also be able to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders and work to strict deadlines.
