Senior Associate / Vice President – Private Markets Performance Analysis | London
I'm currently partnering with a leading global private markets investment firm seeking to appoint a Senior Associate / Vice President to join its growing Performance Analysis team in London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly regarded platform operating across the secondary private markets landscape, working closely with investment, product and investor relations teams to support the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading end-to-end NAV and performance reporting processes across a range of investment products
- Producing and reviewing monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multi‑currency structures
- Overseeing valuation processes, portfolio analytics and performance measurement activities
- Managing relationships with key third‑party service providers including fund administrators, auditors and valuation agents
- Supporting investor reporting, liquidity forecasting and portfolio analysis
- Preparing materials for valuation committees and senior stakeholder presentations
- Driving process improvement, automation initiatives and operational enhancements across the finance function
The Ideal Candidate Will Possess
- ACA, ACCA, CPA or CIMA qualification with 5+ years' PQE
- Strong private equity, alternative investment or fund finance experience
- Deep understanding of fund accounting, valuations and NAV processes
- Experience within a private equity firm, asset manager or top-tier professional services environment
- Strong analytical and financial modelling capabilities
- Experience with portfolio monitoring systems such as eFront (or similar platforms)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- A proactive and commercially minded approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
