I’m currently working with a scaling fintech business that is looking to hire a Product Manager into its London team as part of continued growth across its payments and FX offering. The business has built a well regarded platform within the international payments and FX space and continues to invest heavily across Product and Technology. They have a strong leadership team, a collaborative culture, and a clear growth trajectory over the next few years.
You’ll be responsible for owning and evolving areas of the payments and FX product roadmap, balancing customer experience, commercial priorities, and regulatory requirements.
- Driving roadmap delivery across payments and FX products
- Partnering closely with the Product Director on wider product strategy and direction
- Working with Engineering teams to prioritise delivery pipelines and product backlogs
- Identifying opportunities for new functionality, infrastructure improvements, and product expansion
- Exposure to payment rails, FX workflows, settlement processes, and banking integrations
- Supporting areas including virtual IBANs, multi currency accounts, and payment routing capability
- Enhancing onboarding journeys and improving the end to end client experience
- Leading stakeholder engagement across Product, Engineering, Operations, and Compliance
- Using product metrics and data insights to support prioritisation and continuous improvement
They are looking for somebody with strong product experience within payments, FX, fintech, banking, or another regulated financial services environment. The ideal background will include exposure to:
- Payment rails including SWIFT, SEPA, Faster Payments, or Open Banking
- FX products and multi currency infrastructure
- Client onboarding and regulated customer journeys
- Managing multiple stakeholders within fast paced delivery environments
