Due to continued growth, our client, a leading construction company based in Dartford, is looking for an M&E Design Manager to oversee the design of mechanical and electrical systems for various projects in London.
As the M&E Design Manager, you will liaise with project teams and develop design plans whilst ensuring compliance regulations are adhered to.
Permanent | Salary: £50k to £90k DOE | 40 hrs per week Monday to Friday
- Lead the mechanical and electrical design process for all projects
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop design plans
- Manage design schedules and budgets
- Mentor and guide staff members in design and best practice
Requirements:
- Degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Proven experience in M&E design and project management
- Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
