We are seeking a Transactional Finance Manager to join a high-performing finance team within a leading luxury hospitality environment. We are partnering with a prestigious, high-end hospitality group renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences across an international portfolio of luxury properties. They are now looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support the smooth, accurate, and efficient running of their transactional finance function.
Role Overview
- Support the Financial Controller and Director of Finance in the day-to-day running of the Finance Department.
- Lead daily finance operations, ensuring continuity, strong controls, and adherence to internal policies and procedures.
- Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring journals, accruals, and adjustments are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of core month-end activities, including journals, reconciliations, accruals, and variance analysis.
- Support budgeting and forecasting cycles, maintain compliance with internal controls and audit requirements, and contribute to high-quality group reporting.
- Act as a key liaison for Shared Services (AP, AR, Income Audit, and GL), supporting transition activities, resolving operational issues, and ensuring service delivery meets agreed standards.
About You
- Bring proven experience in a similar finance role, ideally within hospitality or another fast-paced, service-led environment.
- Have strong technical accounting skills, excellent attention to detail, and a proactive, organised approach.
- Be confident working cross-functionally and supporting continuous improvement across finance processes.
