Key areas of responsibility include:
- Ownership of UK financial reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP
- Management reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Oversight of FCA regulatory reporting and statutory compliance
- Leading audits and managing external stakeholders
- Balance sheet governance and intercompany controls
- Oversight of tax, VAT and treasury-related activities
- Supporting finance transformation and process improvement initiatives
- Responsibility for co-investment and complex accounting areas
