About the Role: The Loans Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end administration of loan products, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency across all processes. This role requires managing the Loans Administration team, supporting operational improvements, and ensuring service levels are met while maintaining regulatory standards. The Loan Administration Manager will work closely with and support the Loan Administration Head and deputise in their absence, ensuring that all necessary tasks and issues are addressed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the loans administration function.
- Oversee loan processing (agency, syndicated, bilateral), loan documentation, loan servicing and settlements.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal policies and relevant regulations.
- Lead, coach, and develop the loans administration team.
- Monitor workloads and performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Act as an escalation point for complex loan queries or issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency.
- Support audits and ensure readiness for regulatory reviews.
Essential Experience Required:
- Proven experience in loan administration operations at a managerial or supervisory level.
- Extensive LOANIQ experience.
- Previous team leadership, people management experience.
