A fast-growing, market-leading organisation based in Central London is looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a highly commercial and operationally focused role, offering genuine business influence and long-term career progression.

Unlike many Finance Business Partner roles currently on the market, this position goes well beyond reporting and forecasting. It is heavily focused on true business partnering, operational analysis and challenging cost drivers, particularly labour costs. The role will report directly into the Head of FP&A and will work closely with senior operational stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to senior operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Deliver insightful, value-adding financial analysis to support business decisions
  • Lead detailed analysis of labour costs, productivity and operational efficiency
  • Confidently push back and challenge stakeholders to drive financial discipline
  • Support budgeting, forecasting and rolling forecasts with a strong commercial focus
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and performance improvement
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of finance processes within a scaling business
Candidate Profile
  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) - Desirable
  • Proven experience in a genuine Finance Business Partner role
  • Strong commercial mindset with the confidence to influence and challenge
  • Experience analysing labour costs and operational performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ambitious, proactive and keen to progress within a growing organisation
