A leading global organisation in the entertainment and technology sector is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner to join its People team on an interim basis for an initial 6-month contract. This is a high-impact role supporting managers, employees, and HR Business Partners across the UK and Ireland, with a strong focus on delivering expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and organisational change initiatives.

You’ll work closely with HR, Legal, and specialist centres of excellence to ensure seamless delivery of key change programmes, including TUPE, restructures, redundancies, settlement agreements, and exits. This opportunity would suit a seasoned ER specialist who thrives in fast-paced, matrixed environments and is confident managing both strategic change projects and complex casework.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with HRBPs, Legal, and People teams to deliver change management initiatives effectively
  • Support business leaders with restructures, redeployment, and redundancy processes
  • Provide expert guidance on complex employee relations cases
  • Conduct thorough and sensitive investigations, making objective recommendations based on findings
  • Coach managers and HR colleagues on best practice ER management
  • Ensure policies and procedures align with current UK and Irish employment legislation
  • Analyse ER case trends and provide data-driven recommendations for process improvement
  • Maintain robust documentation, reporting, and case tracking via HR systems
  • Contribute to training and education for managers to build ER capability across the business
  • Champion continuous improvement and scalable ER processes
About
  • Degree qualified in HR, Employment Law, or a related discipline
  • 7–10+ years’ experience in a specialist Employee Relations role
  • Strong experience supporting organisational change programmes
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law (Irish legislation exposure desirable)
  • Experience working in a complex global matrix organisation
  • Confident handling sensitive, high-risk ER issues with discretion and sound judgement
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Comfortable working with HR systems and case management tools
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or technology sectors is advantageous
