Job Description Our client is a multi-asset global investment management house with a recognised track record. They are looking to appoint a Compliance Manager on a 12-month fixed term basis from 2027. The client offers hybrid working (3 days in the office required) and excellent benefits. Key Responsibilities as Compliance Manager include: Provide practical, commercially focused regulatory advice across new business opportunities, products and strategic initiatives. Partner with key business teams to support regulatory approvals, product governance and effective management of compliance requirements. Lead day-to-day oversight of AML, KYC, anti-fraud and anti-bribery, ensuring robust controls, monitoring, reporting and escalation. Build strong relationships with international stakeholders and support a consistent, effective compliance framework across the business. Promote a strong culture of compliance through effective policies, procedures, training and practical guidance. Support compliance monitoring, audits, regulatory reporting, conflicts of interest and remediation activity. Monitor regulatory developments and support the business in assessing and implementing regulatory change effectively and on time. Maintain key compliance frameworks, registers and regulatory trackers, including the Code of Ethics, personal account dealing and gifts and entertainment. Provide broader compliance support across areas such as CASS, SMCR, transaction reporting and front-office oversight. Act as a key point of contact for compliance queries, providing clear, pragmatic advice and escalating material issues to senior management. You will have proven generalist compliance experience from an asset management or fund management background. Β£60-75K plus bonus, benefits & hybrid working.
