We’re currently supporting a banking client looking to hire an experienced Application Support Analyst to support critical Core Banking and Finacle applications across the organisation. This role will suit someone with strong banking application support experience, particularly across Finacle environments, payments/remittance flows and Oracle SQL troubleshooting.

Key experience required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle/RDBMS/SQL, including query writing and database troubleshooting
  • Experience supporting Finacle suite of applications and Core Banking platforms
  • Good understanding of Finacle Core menus, banking operations and related interfaces
  • Experience supporting local payments and remittance flows
  • Strong background in application support, incident management and user support within banking environments
  • Exposure to UAT testing, implementation support, reporting and documentation activities
  • Ability to work closely with offshore/cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments

The role involves day-to-day application support, troubleshooting, issue resolution, user access management, production support and working closely with business and technology teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
