A high-growth international financial services business looking for an experienced AP professional to take ownership of the end-to-end payables function and help drive process improvements across a multi-entity environment. Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the full AP cycle across multiple entities and currencies
- Manage invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations and employee expenses
- Lead and develop an offshore AP team
- Support month-end close, accruals and audit requirements
- Produce reporting on spend, ageing and cash flow trends
- Identify opportunities to improve controls, processes and automation
- Work closely with finance stakeholders across the wider business
Requirements:
- 5+ years’ AP experience within a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of AP controls, reconciliations and compliance
- Experience working across multiple jurisdictions/currencies
- Confident using ERP systems and Excel reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Part-qualified accounting studies (AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) beneficial
