A high-growth international financial services business looking for an experienced AP professional to take ownership of the end-to-end payables function and help drive process improvements across a multi-entity environment. Key responsibilities:

  • Oversee the full AP cycle across multiple entities and currencies
  • Manage invoice processing, payment runs, reconciliations and employee expenses
  • Lead and develop an offshore AP team
  • Support month-end close, accruals and audit requirements
  • Produce reporting on spend, ageing and cash flow trends
  • Identify opportunities to improve controls, processes and automation
  • Work closely with finance stakeholders across the wider business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years’ AP experience within a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of AP controls, reconciliations and compliance
  • Experience working across multiple jurisdictions/currencies
  • Confident using ERP systems and Excel reporting tools
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Part-qualified accounting studies (AAT/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) beneficial
