Job Description

Kennedy Pearce are currently partnering with a leading Loan Servicing provider in recruiting a loan agency specialist to manage a portfolio of Loan Agency deals. This role offers Hybrid working and excellent benefits

The successful candidate must have extensive experience in using LOANIQ with a proven established background in managing a Loan Agency portfolio

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for maintaining a portfolio of varied deals ensuring a high level of service between both lenders and borrowers

The role offers a lot of opportunity and growth across the team where you will also have exposure to secondary trading, and escrow/paying agent deals

  • Manage a deal from signing and completion, through to termination.
  • Calculate redemption figures manually
  • Bill and maintain a timely receipt of fees
  • Process general Loan agency activities – drawdowns, rollovers, prepayments, fees
  • General deal maintenance and ad hoc requests
  • Account reconciliation
  • Review Loan Agreements at an operational level
  • Work very closely with Relationship Managers

Essential Experience Required

  • Proven LoanIQ experience
  • Extensive knowledge of LMA loan agreements
  • Previous experience in managing a Loan Agency portfolio
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks accordingly
