I'm partnered with a high-growth Series C fintech that is looking to hire a Head of Data Engineering to lead and scale its data platform as the business continues its rapid growth. You'll lead a team of data engineers, define the technical roadmap, and work closely with engineering, product and data leadership to build a modern, scalable data platform that supports both analytics and AI initiatives.
They're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience leading and growing Data Engineering teams
- Strong hands-on background with modern cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Expertise across Python, SQL and data orchestration tools such as Airflow
- Experience building scalable data pipelines and data platforms in a fast-paced fintech or technology environment
- A collaborative leadership style with the ability to influence technical strategy
