Sector: Alternative Investments / Asset Management
We're partnering with a leading global investment firm to recruit a Finance Analyst into a high-performing Structured Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently qualified accountant looking to broaden their experience within alternative investments, working across complex investment structures, treasury, fund operations and investor reporting.
You'll join a collaborative finance function that partners closely with investment, treasury, legal, tax and operations teams, gaining exposure to a wide range of strategic initiatives while developing deep technical expertise.
What you'll be doing
- Deliver investor and financial reporting for a range of structured investment vehicles.
- Support fund operations, financial controls, reconciliations and audit processes.
- Maintain financial models, including cash flow and performance reporting.
- Assist with treasury activities, liquidity management and FX requirements.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Contribute to the launch and ongoing management of innovative investment structures.
- Support process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
About you
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships and taking ownership.
You'll ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be recently qualified with up to 4 years' PQE).
- Strong Excel and analytical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Confident communication skills with the ability to work across multiple teams.
- Experience within asset management, private markets, financial services or a Top 10 accounting firm is advantageous.
Exposure to structured finance, treasury, fund administration, capital markets, data analytics or automation tools (such as Python or AI-enabled technologies) would be beneficial but isn't essential.
