We are supporting a major global manufacturing group in hiring a Finance Business Partner for their flagship Wissington site. This is a high-visibility, commercially focused role at the heart of a complex, fast-moving manufacturing operation. You’ll work closely with production, engineering and operational leaders - turning data into insight, shaping decisions and driving performance.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with senior operational teams and influence key decisions
- Provide clear commercial insight and challenge assumptions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and performance reviews
- Support core manufacturing finance processes (costs, stock, variances, works orders)
- Evaluate and support capital investment projects
About you:
- Qualified or finalist (CIMA/ACCA/ACA or equivalent)
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG or operational finance
- Strong communicator with excellent analytical skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on site environment
