KennedyPearce Consulting is recruiting for an International bank to hire a Credit Underwriter to join their Corporate and Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Lending Team in West London. This permanent role focuses on underwriting CRE, Corporate, retail estate proposals, BTL and personal loans.
You will manage lending proposals through the sanctioning process, present to the Sanctioning Committee, oversee annual reviews of credit portfolios, and minimize credit risk in line with bank policies.
