An award-winning global investment manager is hiring a Senior Manager-level FP&A professional into a high-impact, commercially focused role. This is a pure FP&A position with strong exposure to senior leadership, combining strategic planning, advanced modelling and genuine business partnering. You will play a key role in shaping decision-making, driving performance insight and supporting a broader finance transformation agenda with a strong focus on automation and emerging technologies. While not a direct line management role, you will operate in a leadership capacity, mentoring others, improving outputs and helping raise the overall standard of FP&A across the function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning cycles
- Deliver insightful analysis on business performance and key drivers
- Partner with senior stakeholders to support strategic decisions and challenge assumptions
- Build and own complex financial models for scenario planning and investment cases
- Support transformation initiatives across systems, reporting, and data
- Drive process improvements, automation, and more efficient ways of working
- Contribute to the adoption of AI and advanced analytics within finance
- Present clear, concise outputs to senior leadership
Experience Required:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
- Strong FP&A background within a complex or global environment
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Exposure to transformation, systems, or process improvement work
- Experience supporting or mentoring junior team members
- Financial services experience preferred
