This newly created no2 role covers statutory reporting, financial control, audit oversight and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions. - Manage financial controls, governance and regulatory compliance processes
- Oversee external audits, tax coordination and regulatory reporting
- Prepare board and committee reporting with financial analysis and commentary
- Support budgeting, forecasting and wider finance initiatives

- Drive process improvements across reporting, controls and finance operations
