The Credit Controller will own and perform collections activity for a defined book portfolio, minimise debtor balances and exposure, while treating customers fairly in line with compliance.
Daily duties include credit control via phone, letter and email, producing arrears reports, managing external agencies, updating records, processing collections and supporting audits.
