Our client, a London based bank currently seeks an Aircraft/Aviation Financing specialist on a contract basis.
Job Purpose
To lead on successful origination, execution and ongoing management of aircraft finance transactions across the Europe/Middle-East/African (EMEA) market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and originate new aircraft transactions
- Monitor the credit status and covenant compliance across transactions
- Support the analysis of new transaction opportunities from both a business and credit risk perspective, including the management of the internal credit approval process
Essential Experience Required
- Aircraft Financing origination and execution experience working in a bank/FI
- Proven credit analysis skills
- Experienced in cash flow-based financial analysis techniques
- Transactional documentation due diligence and execution experience
- Aircraft financing or leasing market origination experience is ideal, however previous Structured Finance origination will be considered, EMEA market is highly desirable
- Can start in June
