Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, this is a broad and hands-on role with responsibility for the monthly reporting cycle, balance sheet control, financial analysis and statutory reporting. You will also line manage a Finance Officer and act as a key point of contact for junior finance colleagues and non-finance stakeholders.

- Business partner with teams across the organisation, providing financial guidance and support.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls and performance.
- Provide Sage Intacct training and support to non-finance users.
- Line manage and develop the Finance Officer, providing guidance, objective setting and performance management.
- Act as the first point of contact for junior members of the finance team on technical and operational queries.
About You
You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating at Management Accountant level. Ideally, you will have worked within a charity or not-for-profit environment and have a good understanding of fund accounting and Charities SORP.
