Financial Accountant (Hospitality) in London

We're partnering with a rapidly expanding hospitality business in Central London to recruit a Financial Controller on a perm basis. This is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious organisation at an exciting stage of its growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Produce management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reporting.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial financial insight and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee financial controls, compliance, and process improvements.
• Manage and develop the finance team.
• Support business growth initiatives, system enhancements, and ad hoc projects.

Essential Requirements:

• Previous Financial Controller experience within the hospitality sector is essential (restaurants, hotels, leisure, bars, catering, or similar).
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and financial reporting experience.
• Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving business.
• Available to start at short notice or immediately preferred.
