Duties & Responsibilities of a Corporate Governance/Board Secretary
- Maintaining corporate governance policy frameworks
- Monitoring the potential impact of new regulations
- Maintaining statutory registers and improving governance processes and documentation
- Overseeing Audit/Risk/Remuneration committees and recording AGM requirements.
Qualities & Attributes needed to be a Corporate Governance/Board Secretary
You will have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience coupled with a solid understanding of the PRA and FCA rules and the ability to deliver Board and Committee materials. Salary Β£80-85K plus benefits.
