As the business scales, they are looking to hire a Systems Accountant to support the development of a robust, efficient, and future-ready finance function. The Role

You will take ownership of finance systems and reporting processes, helping to drive efficiency, accuracy, and scalability across the business. Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the implementation, optimisation, and integration of finance systems
  • Managing and improving core financial processes
  • Purchase orders
  • Invoicing
  • Batch payments
  • Balance sheet reconciliations
  • Management fees
  • Fixed asset register
  • Intercompany reconciliations
  • Reconciling head office accounts on a monthly basis
  • Reporting entity results into the Group consolidation system
  • Designing and implementing a Group-wide purchase order process, including training for staff
  • Preparing statutory accounts for the legal entity
  • Supporting the annual budgeting process
  • Managing audit deliverables and liaising with external auditors
  • Leading and developing a junior team member

About You

Fully qualified accountant (ideally CIMA). Proven experience as a Financial Systems Accountant or in a similar role. Strong hands-on experience with finance systems implementation or migration. Experience using NetSuite or a similar modern ERP system.
