Competitive DOE Essential Background : Working in Real Estate in a credit environment writing clear and concise credit recommendations, identifying risks and analysing appropriate financial information Previous experience reviewing LMA style Finance Documents Reviewing borrower deliverables including rent rolls, tenancy schedules, operating statements, and business plans to evaluate asset-level performance Be able to understand complex loan documents, borrower structures and compliance modelling Previous experience in commercial loan servicing in the UK or Europe. Experience with either a third-party servicer or in house at a bank or other financial institution.
