Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed market research and competitor benchmarking across core product ranges to identify margin improvement opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain pricing structures that guide Sales activity and support profitable growth.
  • Partner with the Sales team to support competitive tender submissions and bids, ensuring alignment with both customer requirements and company margin expectations.
  • Assist in setting financial targets and budgets, providing insight and analysis to support performance tracking.
  • Analyse product mix performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations when trading outside of budget.
  • Deliver clear pricing and profitability analysis to senior stakeholders to inform strategic decision-making.

Key About You:

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in pricing, commercial finance, or financial analysis.
  • Confident working with data and translating insights into actionable strategy.
  • Able to influence and partner effectively with Sales and senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement.

A car would be beneficial in this role as driving around Crawley & Redhill may be needed at times.
