Leading Financial Services firm who offer credit management and Loan servicing solutions to their specialist client base seek a Real Estate Loan Asset Surveillance Associate to support the Asset managers across a real estate portfolio
- Working in Real Estate in a credit environment writing clear and concise credit recommendations, identifying risks and analysing appropriate financial information
- Previous experience reviewing LMA style Finance Documents
- Reviewing borrower deliverables including rent rolls, tenancy schedules, operating statements, and business plans to evaluate asset-level performance
- Be able to understand complex loan documents, borrower structures and compliance modelling
- Previous experience in commercial loan servicing in the UK or Europe. Experience with either a third-party servicer or in house at a bank or other financial institution.
£60000 - £75000 per annum + benefits and hybrid working
