We are partnering with a high-end hospitality firm renowned for delivering exceptional guest experiences across our portfolio of luxury venues. We are currently seeking an experienced Part-Time Payroll Administrator to join our finance team and support the smooth and accurate running of payroll operations.

The Role

Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for processing payroll efficiently and accurately while ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process weekly and monthly payrolls using ADP payroll systems
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data
  • Handle payroll queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure compliance with HMRC regulations and statutory requirements
  • Process starters, leavers, pensions, SSP, SMP, and holiday pay
  • Reconcile payroll reports and assist with finance administration
  • Liaise with HR and management teams regarding payroll updates

Requirements

  • Proven payroll administration experience within hospitality, leisure, or a fast-paced environment
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP Payroll is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understanding of UK payroll legislation and HMRC procedures
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
