We are currently partnering with a well-established global manufacturing business to recruit a Finance Manager based in King's Lynn. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious finance professional to join a growing and supportive organisation, playing a key role within the finance function and wider business operations.
Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller, you will take responsibility for the timely and accurate production of monthly management accounts and group reporting requirements, whilst overseeing the day-to-day management of the finance team. This is a highly visible role requiring someone who can work to strict reporting deadlines, build strong relationships across the business and provide proactive leadership to the finance function.
- Production of monthly management accounts and period-end reporting
- Management and support of a finance team of 5
- Management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and credit control functions
- Review and improvement of financial processes and internal controls
- Investigation and analysis of variances across revenue, stock and overheads
- Liaising with external auditors and group finance colleagues
The successful candidate will be a confident communicator with a proactive and hands-on approach, capable of building strong working relationships across all levels of the business.
Salary of £40,000 - £45,000 depending on experience.
Contributory pension, life assurance, 25 days holiday plus.
