Our client is a listed Real Estate business based in Maidenhead with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continuous growth, they require an energetic Management Accountant with strong costing experience and Finance Business Partnering skills. The role offers hybrid working.

Role:- Overseeing accounting procedures and preparing forecasts, budgets and risk analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy of the business modelling.
- Embedding cost reporting processes within the business environment and ensuring compliance with legislation and Group processes and policies.
- Overseeing company cost reporting by ensuring the accuracy of the cost report system and reflection in the profit forecast system.
- Representing Finance at cost report meetings.
- Maintaining the cost reporting system analysis codes and access.
- Creating templates for cost reporting across the business.
- Sales and build programme projection analysis.
- Signing off the month end cost position.
- Conducting monthly review of management accounts.
- Maintaining the general ledger.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns.
- Assisting with audit preparations.
- Qualified ACCA and CIMA.
- Minimum three years' experience in a cost reporting environment.
£105,000 - £115,000 per annum + bonus, hybrid working.
