Our client is a Real Estate business based in Maidenhead with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continued growth, they require an energetic Management Accountant with strong costing experience and Finance Business Partnering skills. The role offers hybrid working.
This Maidenhead based property group is going through a significant period of growth and transformation. Role- Overseeing accounting procedures and preparing forecasts, budgets and risk analysis.
- Ensure the accuracy of the business modelling.
- Embedding cost reporting processes within the business environment and ensuring compliance with legislation and Group processes and policies.
- Overseeing company cost reporting by ensuring the accuracy of the cost report system and reflection in the profit forecast system.
- Representing Finance at cost report meetings.
- Maintaining the cost reporting system analysis codes and access.
- Creating templates for cost reporting across the business.
- Sales and build programme projection analysis.
- Signing off the month end cost position.
- Conducting monthly review of management accounts.
- Maintaining the general ledger.
- Assisting in the preparation of tax returns.
- Assisting with audit preparations.
- Qualified ACCA and CIMA.
- Minimum three years' experience in a cost reporting environment.
