Senior IT Manager - Global FMCG Brandð Central Londonð 85,000-95,000 + up to 25% bonusð 4 days per week in the officeWe're partnered with a world-renowned FMCG brand looking for a Senior IT Manager to lead their UK IT function.This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of a small but business-critical IT team, working closely with senior leadership and acting as the key link between IT and the wider UK business.Reporting directly to the UK Finance Director, you'll lead a team of four and be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services aligned with the organisation's global technology strategy.We're looking for someone with:Experience leading and developing a small IT teamA background working in fast-paced, hands-on environmentsStrong IT service management and ITIL experienceIT project management and delivery experienceGood understanding of end-user computing, networking, vendors and securityExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsA track record of motivating teams and driving positive changeExperience within FMCG or Retail would be highly beneficial, as would experience within a startup, scale-up or high-growth environment.The business is based in Central London and operates four days per week in the office, with Fridays from home.
