Assistant Accountant / Production Accountant role for a TV/ Film lover. KennedyPearce is working on a niche, full-time role based in Fitzrovia, requiring 5 days a week in the office. You will be part of a dynamic 10-person post-production team, working closely with major entertainment clients including Universal, Sony, Lionsgate, Amazon, and Netflix.
Key Responsibilities
- Involvement in post-production accounting tasks: Payroll, Purchase Orders (POs), Cost Reporting
- Collaborating on multiple projects in various stages of post, through to final delivery
- Liaising with Editors, VFX teams, Directors, and other key crew
- Handling petty cash (test included during interview process)
Software Experience
- Preferred: Smart Accounting and PSLOther tools used: Cass & Crew, Eclipse
Team & Culture
- Tight-knit team of 10, with 3-4 team members often collaborating on the same shows
- Strong training culture, including support for courses like NFTS
- Support from an outsourced HR consultant
Working Hours
- Standard hours: 10 AM - 7 PM to overlap with US teams (flexible to 9 AM - 6 PM)
