We have been mandated by a leading global asset management house to identify an experienced in-house Legal professional to provide legal support to the Head of Legal.
Duties & Responsibilities of a Legal Advisor:
- Negotiating and drafting legal and commercial documents including NDAs, share and loan agreements, IMA documentation and third‐vendor/supplier agreements.
- Providing litigation support and identifying legal risks.
- Undertaking legal analyses and research.
- Providing advice and assisting the wider Compliance team where necessary.
Qualities & Attributes needed to be a Legal Advisor:
- You must be SQE‐qualified and have a minimum of 2‐4 years relevant experience.
Salary: £90‐100K plus bonus and benefits. Hybrid working available – 3 days in the office.
