The predicted salary is between 85000 - 120000 £ per year.

We are currently partnering with a leading international bank based in the City of London, who offer Hybrid working in recruiting a Loan Agency Administrator to work on an initial 12 month daily rate contract.

Daily Rate: £350 - £375 all inclusive rate

Location: London, City

Essential Industry Experience:

  • Loan Administration or Loan Agency experience required from Banking
  • Financial services experience also desirable

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Process the day-to-day administration of loan facilities to UK and overseas corporate customers
  • BAU Loans admin processing - rollovers, rate fixing, drawdowns etc for syndicated, bilateral and agency loans
  • Undertake initial "first-checking" duties in relation to work prepared by others
  • Assist with the continuing development of any junior Loan Administration staff
  • Minimize the occurrence of operational incidents through a conscientious approach to daily duties and ensure any relevant issues are reported to the Loan Administration Manager or Assistant Manager in a timely fashion
  • Liaise with Loan Administration Departments of other banks regarding instructions under syndicated transactions and occasionally with the branch's Global Banking Unit departments

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Highly knowledgeable in all aspects of loans admin processing - rollovers, rate fixing, drawdowns etc for syndicated, bilateral and agency loans
  • Strong proven loans admin skills covering syndicated and bilateral loans gained within banking
  • Knowledge and experience of LoanIQ is desired due to ongoing system migration project
  • Capable of interpreting legal loan documentation

£85,000 - £120,000 per annum + Hybrid working
