***DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGAL - INTERNATIONAL BANK*** The London-branch of a leading retail and commercial bank require a senior-level generalist to work closely with their SMF16/17.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGALReview and update Compliance policiesAssess the commercial impact of new regulationsAssist with the preparation and delivery of trainingDevelop AML policies and run the Compliance Monitoring ProgrammeAdvise and liaise with internal and external stakeholdersConduct thematic reviewsReview financial promotionsProvide legal advice, assist with litigation issues and review/negotiate legal agreements. QUALITIES & ATTRIBUTES OF A DEPUTY HEAD OF COMPLIANCE & LEGALYou will have 5- 8 years' Compliance experience gained within retail/commercial banking.
