A rapidly growing FMCG business are looking to recruit a pro-active Pricing Manager to join their Finance department and support the growth of the group by improving their pricing processes. The Pricing Manager will play a vital role in the company’s profitability and competitiveness through assessing pricing strategies and making the appropriate recommendations. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Finance, to evaluate pricing structures, optimise profitability, and identify opportunities for revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical thinker who possesses strong business acumen. Lead others in their understanding of pricing, giving guidance on methodology and effect. Price Positioning for global SRP alignment Reviewing price positioning on new product launches and assessing COGS impact Preparing the business plan for new novelties and set Co-ordination of yearly price increases and assessing the impact from increase Assessing new customer margin based on commercial team negotiation and provide feedback and recommendations. Provide pricing support for sales and marketing teams Maintenance of Price Structure in finance systems Ensure Integrity of pricing and costs across core systems and accurate reporting Creation of order forms for updated price list and new customers New vendor creation Analysis on volume / customer and product line mix Automate processes, and be a key user in new IT projects Be part of new development projects Establish strong internal relationships with key business stakeholders.
