Kennedy Pearce Consulting in the United Kingdom is partnering with a well-established, multi-site consumer business to recruit their first in-house Senior Payroll Specialist. Youβll own end-to-end payroll for around 200 staff as they move payroll in-house from an outsourced provider.
Reporting to the Finance Director with a dotted line to HR, youβll manage commissions, variable pay, TRONC, handle queries, support a new payroll system, ensure compliance, and drive process improvements.
