Dynamic Organisations seeks a Qualified Finance Manager to join the team on a contract basis. The Finance Manager would be technically strong, possess excellent communication skills, excellent attention to detail and management skills. This role would suit a "hands on" Accountant who is able to hit the ground running.
Duties of the Finance Manager include:
- Delivering comprehensive financial reports.
- Preparation of monthly statutory accounts.
- Preparing the monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts to aid business planning.
- Overseeing the accounts department.
- Preparing financial statements, including balance sheet and cash flow statements.
- Prepared accruals, prepayments, and other month end journals.
- Ensuring the balance sheet is fully reconciled at month end.
- Managing end-to-end audit process of current systems.
- Managing cash flow and budgets.
- Conducting financial forecasting and collaborating with department heads to manage P&Ls.
- Reporting under IFRS and UK GAAP.
- Finance liaison to key business stakeholders.
- Providing financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
- Maintaining robust financial systems to support current operations and future growth.
- Implementing controls and procedures.
- Ad-hoc projects.
