Partnered with a growing manufacturing company based in West Norfolk, I am searching for a Head of Operations on a full time permanent basis. This role will report into the Managing Director and will be responsible for approximately 50 members of staff with 8 direct reports.

On offer is a salary package between £75,000-£80,000 per annum (potential flexibility on the salary) plus profit share, 25 days holiday.
