Graduate Business Analyst Energy

International multinational Trading Company based in London, offering excellent benefits and hybrid working, seeks a Graduate Business Analyst with experience working directly in the energy industry, preferably in Steel or Oil and Gas sectors.

Essential Requirements:

• Full right to work in the UK
• Ideally 1-2 years\’ experience working for an energy company, particularly Oil & Gas or trading company
• Degree in business or a technical discipline, or qualified by experience
• Flexibility to travel
• Language skills: English; Japanese would be beneficial but not essential
• Good understanding of business processes (administrative, operational, corporate, IT systems)
• Good understanding of procurement and logistics
• Knowledge of QAQC, HSSE, Risk Management, and legal implications in business
• Sound understanding of the Steel and/or Oil and Gas industries

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales, business operations, logistics, contract management, and execution for various business accounts
• Assist in preparation for global price negotiations and strategic meetings with customers and steel companies
• Focus on sales and supply chain management
• This entry-level role provides exposure to all aspects of the business, including contract management and supply chain

Salary: £450.00 – £520.00 per annum + hybrid working
