Job Description
A growing manufacturing business based in Downham Market, West Norfolk is seeking a detail-oriented Certification & Compliance Lead to support product certification, manage technical compliance processes, and respond to internal and external technical queries. You\’ll maintain certification records, coordinate with suppliers and certification providers, conduct audits, and support internal training and documentation processes to ensure products remain compliant, traceable, and aligned to market needs.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years\’ experience in a technical, quality, or compliance support role, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or fire safety sectors. Familiarity with UK certification schemes (EN1634-1, BS476) is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational and analytical skills, and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems is required.
This role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis with hybrid/remote working options available. The salary on offer is up to £45,000 per annum DOE and potentially flexible for the right candidate. The working hours are 07:30-17:00, Monday to Friday.
