Are you a finance graduate with 1-3 years' experience in AP and AR and ambitions to qualify as an accountant? Join a fast-growing, award-winning cyber security company where you'll gain hands-on exposure across the full finance function. You'll support day-to-day AP/AR operations, assist with month-end processes, and play a key role in an exciting NetSuite implementation. This is a great opportunity for someone proactive, curious, and keen to develop in a varied, fast-paced environment.

The role:

  • Manage AP/AR processes including data entry, reconciliations, vendor bills, payments, and expense reports.
  • Maintain vendor records, create purchase orders, and manage customer invoices and cash receipts.
  • Handle sales orders, journal entries, bank receipts, bank reconciliations, invoice posting, and payment processing.
  • Respond to finance and audit queries, manage the shared Accounts mailbox, and support month-end processes.
  • Monitor cash balances, save statements, and chase outstanding debt.
