We are seeking to recruit a full-time, permanent Finance & Payroll Officer to work within our Finance Department, servicing both companies. We require an experienced individual who will be an integral part of our Finance/Payroll Team and can provide an efficient and dedicated support to our customers and suppliers.
Job Description
- Provide a full range of administrative support to a team of individuals within the Finance Department
- Support a ‘fast’ paced division working to strict deadlines
- Monitoring all Annual Leave requests and timesheets and payroll data, and prepare for processing
- Processing Annual leave requests and timesheets and payroll data for payment on internal Management Information System
- Respond to Annual Leave balance enquiries in a timely manner
- Dealing with telephone queries from Temporary workers and Clients
- Duties carried out in line with ISO 9002:2001
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a busy, fast paced finance department
- Excellent organisation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous experience in maintaining master data in a management information system
