Kennedy Elliott Partnership LLP is seeking an experienced Team Leader to support operations at our London residential home.

You will supervise shifts, drive quality care, and ensure regulatory compliance while working closely with families and professionals.

You will lead a trauma-informed care approach, develop staff, manage risks, and contribute to achieving a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating.

This role requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
